Interview Process   |   Interview Puzzles / Aptitude
Organization : HeadStrong
Position : Software Developer
I applied online for the post of Software Engineer. The process took just a day and I was interviewed. There were three major rounds of interviews and they were really something so do prepare well before applying.

First Round: Written Test
Just three questions were asked in this test. All three of them were based on hardcore java programs. There were no aptitude related questions or puzzles. The three questions were quite difficult making sure only the proficient ones can go through that round. The most difficult question was when I was asked to write java programs utilizing arrays.

Second Round: Technical Round
It began with aptitude questions but I think that was just to relive you a bit as I was facing some tricky programming questions soon after. Frankly I did not give answers to each one of the questions and that is why am saying that one should be prepared thoroughly.

Third Round: HR Interview
This is the round where your resume will be checked thoroughly and then the questions will be framed according to it. Some basic information about your past projects will be asked as well. It will be followed with the negotiations and offer. The most difficult part was the first round i.e. the written test. If you are not prepared thoroughly you will not be able to crack the written.

Overall experience was kind of eye opener. You will come to know about your abilities truthfully.

Thanks Anmol for sharing the details of your interview.
