These days, the anamorphic street arts or the 3d street paintings have become a rage. The illusion they offer is unparalleled and hats off to those artists. The attached picture also shows one of those marvelous illusions. If you come across such an illusion you might as well fear of falling right into the water. Mind you step! Certainly, this is an incredible art painted by an incredibly talented artist.

This is the perfect example of how illusions are super fun. All you require is a camera and a little knowledge about perspective and you can create wonders. Just look at the picture and you can imagine how much fun it was for the woman. Could you not have created a similar illusion when you visited a beach? But it might never have crossed your mind right? Never mind, now you have an idea and you can even explore it furthermore.

Just look closely at the two given figures. Focus on the red dots. They are different shades right? Now just take this picture into any photo editing program and sample both the shades to receive a shock. The shades that looks so different are actually the same. So why does they look different? This is because of the different background shades that these two images have. Sometimes, our brain perceives things according to the background. This is an excellent example of the phenomenon.

There are two different sections of the picture that has been attached here. You can see two different lines. Which line is bigger? Of course you will say that the right one is bigger. However, you can go ahead with your measurement scale and check yourself. It is amazing right? The left image has convex lines at both ends which are decreasing the surrounding area whereas the right image has concave lines increasing the surrounding area. This is the reason behind why the two lines appear to be of different lengths however in reality they are same.

This is one of the most popular ambiguous illusion. We are sure that you may have seen this somewhere on the web. What you have to decide is whether this is a 1/4th face of a young girl's face or the side view of an old woman. You will easily be able to acknowledge the young girl but if you are facing any problem in perceiving the old woman's face, here is a tip for you. Just try to perceive the neck of the girl as the mouth of the old woman and her ear as old woman's eye. Were you able to see both? Tell us in your comments.

We do hope this man does not look at this capture by the photographer. He will be angry for sure. If there was less light over the sheds, no one would have known that the horns actually belongs to the cow or bull standing behind him. We can just wonder what someone can do with this picture utilizing his Photoshop skills. Anyhow, we have to give it to the photographer that this is an extremely well timed photograph. That's just a normal man. But wait what do you see as the door opens? The man is literally split into two and when the doors open fully you know the reason. Uma Thurman is literally on a killing spree again. The blood smeared sword puts the additional details to the illusion. Well obviously if you are not familiar with the movie you might be wondering what we are babbling about. So for the people who don't know, this illusion signifies a popular movie franchise. It is giving an illusion that the girl with the sword has cut the man into half with the sword.

Now this is an amazing work of art. The details with which the artist has worked is just fabulous. It seems like the entire street has been converted into a giant waterfall. Especially the close end of the picture that shows the falling water has been done marvelously. The colors, the shadows, the lighting and the presentation overall is all too great. Doing something so big, it must have required a great talent and a good amount of patience and courage. Hats off to the artist who did this. This is one of the most extensive street art we have ever seen.

The good ol' friendly neighborhood is here with his mask carved into the pumpkin. The pumpkin is not visible due to the emitting bright light but we assure you that it is actually a pumpkin carving only. Definitely the artist has done a good job here as the mask looks exactly like we have seen in the comic books. Next time you are looking for an idea, you might want to carve out The Dark Knight or Iron Man probably.

It seems like this image will never stop. There is no animation included. But the opposite spiral pattern on the donut shape and the background keeps contradicting with each other and thus reproduce and output that is received by our eyes as motion. If you can't notice anything, try to scroll the page up and down while looking at it. You can try another thing. In this illusion, you can see two things. First of all, there is a man on the girl's back. Is he from the Lilliput? And her reaction is nothing unusual as if he had been that way all the time. Secondly, the leg of this girl is abnormally long and with awkward shape. Well, answering the first thing, the guy is sitting on the bench that you can see on the left most of the picture. The pattern on the girl's top matches with the color of the man's pants and the positioning is perfect so that they appear to be overlapping. Secondly, that is not her leg and the arm of a person sitting out of the focus of lens that clicked this picture. Again, the position is causing an illusion.
