Infinite Computer Solutions Interview Process
I applied for the position of Senior Software Engineer via a recruiter and the process took more than two weeks. Then I was interviewed at Infinite Computer Solutions Technologies. The process comprised of one telephonic interview, two technical rounds and one HR round.

Round 1 - Telephonic Interview
I got a call from the HR and the interview was scheduled as per my availability which was very kind gesture. It was a standard telephonic interview and I was asked about my previous company and why I wanted to leave it and join them. I was asked regarding how many projects I have completed and what my strong areas are.

Round 2 - Technical Interview Round
Questions were asked based on data structures, arrays and algorithms. I was given a couple of coding problems with were based on mathematics algorithms. They were time taking and a bit difficult. But anyhow, I managed to get through with them and the interviewer was impressed.

Round 3 - Manager Round
This was a mix of technical and personal interview. I was asked questions regarding memory debugging and Mtrie. The manager was quite intelligent and was thoroughly talented I must say. He knew all about the questions and even gave me hint when I was stuck. He was a nice person as well. He also asked me questions related with my resume.
Q1. Why do you want to leave the organization? Why do you want to join us?

Round 4 - HR Interview
More questions about my resume were asked. The interviewer was interested in the projects I have completed and what I learnt from them. Then, some common questions like "How do you plan to improve your skills in future?" etc. were asked. Offer was made after that and I negotiated. They accepted after a couple of days.

How to crack Infinite Computer Solutions Interview
First of all, the interview at Infinite Computer Solutions was not tough at all. Thus you need not worry too much regarding how you will crack it. The telephonic round is very basic and there is no doubt you will be able to answer everything.

The technical rounds are not that difficult if you compare with some other companies. Prepare on the topics like memory debugging, data structures and algorithms. Since I was experienced, the questions were mostly over my resume and the projects I have done as a Software Engineer. They asked about the problems faced during the projects and how they were overcome or sought out. Be confident while answering and no need to speak a lie. They will find it if you lie, they are smart enough.

Do negotiate after the offer is made. Overall, keep your basics in line and keep a positive approach. All the best to the candidates.

Thanks Anmol for sharing the details of your interview.
