Interview Process   |   Interview Puzzles / Aptitude
Organization : Fujitsu
Position : Software Developer
The process took a week for me and then I was considered for the interview which comprised of four rounds.

First Round: Telephonic Interview
The interview lasted for about thirty minutes and began with the basic questions about myself. Then she started asking me about some technical questions revolving around embedded systems and some basic c/c++ questions

Second Round: Written Test
The written test consisted of just the technical questions. There were 10 questions and 45 minutes were assigned to complete all of them. I won't say that the test was easy as a couple of questions were time taking but I was able to complete the test in the given time.

Third Round: HR Interview
The HR was really easy going and I enjoyed this interview thororughly. I was asked some logical reasoning questions in the beginning and then the entire focus shifted to c++ and java related questions only to be followed by questions regarding my past experience. You won't feel any burden or pressure given that you are interviewed by the same person.

Fourth Round: Technical Round
This is the round that you might want to prepare for. It was quite challenging. The questions asked regarding programming and technical language were really difficult and all the easy time I had in the previous interview was covered up perfectly in this round.

Overall, I had a great experience in Fujitsu. I would very much like to work in the company as the people seemed quite nice there and I would love to work under them.

Tricky Iq Question

In a jar, there are some orange candies and some strawberry candies. You pick up two candies at a time randomly. If the two candies are of same flavor, you throw them away and put a strawberry candy inside. If they are of opposite flavors, you throw them away and put an orange candy inside.

In such manner, you will be reducing the candies in the jar one at a time and will eventually be left with only one candy in the jar.

If you are told about the respective number of orange and strawberry candies at the outset, will it be feasible for you to predict the flavor of the final remaining candy ?
