By all means, this picture looks like a guy is painting the sun. Some of you might even feel that it is a wall and he is painting it in a realistic tone. But the truth is that it is a normal unedited picture. This is just a perspective play by the photographer and the man is actually standing so close to the camera that the sun looks smaller and within his reach. He is just holding the paint brush in air and we perceive it as he has been painting it.

This might give you a headache. Try to run your eyes from one point to another and find the pattern twirling down in the middle. Do not stare for too long.

Just look at this figure. It is pretty clear that it is impossible to exist in the real world. But what if we tell you that it is a real one. No tampering or digital manipulation has been done with the image and it is perfectly a real one.

Shocked right? Just to give you a hint, this illusion works only from a specific angle. Also, the image is much flatter than it seems. Now you got it right?

These days, the anamorphic street arts or the 3d street paintings have become a rage. The illusion they offer is unparalleled and hats off to those artists. The attached picture also shows one of those marvelous illusions. If you come across such an illusion you might as well fear of falling right into the water. Mind you step! Certainly, this is an incredible art painted by an incredibly talented artist.

This is one of the simple physiological illusions. You can clearly see the checkers converging just right of the middle. Probably you can also feel like the two different planes are rolling down at that point. However, that is not true and this is only what you are perceiving. The reason behind this is the difference in the width of the checkers that is decreasing as they reach that point. It makes us think like they are ultimately falling down or rolling down at that point.

Now this might prove to be a bit scary for so many people. The reason is because you can't expect to see what's hidden inside the elevator door. The outside looks completely normal but wait for the moment when the door opens. The insides will shock anyone definitely. Someone has done a good job in creating this illusion which is capable of surprising anybody. Well there is a little note when the door is closed - 'look inside'. So one can prepare accordingly. But what if you didn't take it seriously?

Now this is an amazing work of art. The details with which the artist has worked is just fabulous. It seems like the entire street has been converted into a giant waterfall. Especially the close end of the picture that shows the falling water has been done marvelously. The colors, the shadows, the lighting and the presentation overall is all too great. Doing something so big, it must have required a great talent and a good amount of patience and courage. Hats off to the artist who did this. This is one of the most extensive street art we have ever seen.

Ah! It might be a nice feeling for the US people. The artist even carved out the torch and placed it on the stool to offer a complete picture that looks quite effective. We shall not talk about the quality of this work as you can already see how finely the artist has done the carving emphasizing on each and every detail that are present in the original statue. This is a good job done by the artist for sure.

This is definitely an easy one. But yet, the effort and innovativeness was good. You actually have to think before doing anything. After watching something, so many people can imitate but to come up with something is actually difficult. This is what the lady is doing in this illusion. She has positioned herself in the position like you can see in the statue of liberty. We are not sure what she has in her hair that are making up for the crown. Overall, the output is decent enough and something you can try at homes as well.

It seems like this image will never stop. There is no animation included. But the opposite spiral pattern on the donut shape and the background keeps contradicting with each other and thus reproduce and output that is received by our eyes as motion. In this illusion, you can see two things. First of all, there is a man on the girl's back. Is he from the Lilliput? And her reaction is nothing unusual as if he had been that way all the time. Secondly, the leg of this girl is abnormally long and with awkward shape. Well, answering the first thing, the guy is sitting on the bench that you can see on the left most of the picture. The pattern on the girl's top matches with the color of the man's pants and the positioning is perfect so that they appear to be overlapping. Secondly, that is not her leg and the arm of a person sitting out of the focus of lens that clicked this picture. Again, the position is causing an illusion.
