Aditi Technologies Interview Process
I applied for the position of Technical Lead via a recruiter. The process took just two days and then I was interviewed at Aditi Technologies. The process comprised of four interview rounds.
Round 1 - First Face to Face Interview
This was not a technical round. Basically, the recruiter went through my resume and asked me questions related with it. He was interested in what were my strong points and the questions followed up related with myself.
Round 2 - Second Face to Face Interview
This round was sort of a technical interview. Questions were asked based on domain. The interviewer asked me to write java codes upfront for a given logic. This was a bit tough question but I was able to do it. The round was moderately difficult overall.
Round 3 - Third Face to Face Interview
In this round, the difficulty bar was raised a bit. Majority of the questions were programming based. Questions like writing a code for displaying in a particular design were asked.
Q1. Write code to manipulate pointers.
Q2. How do you make a .NET assembly disassemble without making use of the traditional obfuscating tools? Use just design principles and not the 3rd party tools.
Round 4 - Fourth Face to Face Interview
Q1. Will you be able to handle a team here?
This was the very first question and I was like speechless for a few moments. Just be confident in this round to the extent it is possible for you. Questions will be based on your profile and they will see how confident you are for taking up the job.
How to crack(Get Into) Aditi Technologies Interview>
It is not difficult to crack interview at Aditi Technologies, but it is not easy either. Since the first round was based on the resume, it will be perfectly normal if they ask you questions about your studies and the projects you have done so far. They can ask regarding the problems you faced while doing any specific project written in your resume. Thus you need to be prepared with that as well.
The technical rounds are intermediately difficult. Don't expect just the basic problems as they can ask you some complex ones as well. It really depends upon the interviewer if he is interested in the exact solution or he is looking for your approach towards the answer. The safe bet will be to give the accurate answer.
Be ready for the questions related with your job profile. If suppose, you are applying for the same position i.e. Technical Lead, you must be knowing the position and how you will handle it if you are given the opportunity. If you see any opportunity for negotiation, then utilize it wisely. Don't postpone the thought for future. Take the opportunity when available.
Last but not the least, prepare thoroughly and my best wishes with all the candidates.
